I received the Anne Kline blouse as a gift, and it was too big. The sales girl, who was excellent, looked in her store and saw they didn’t have it in the smaller size. However, she immediately contacted the store that did have the blouse and she had them send it to me. She informed me that it could take ten to fourteen days to reach me, which I said was fine. To my surprise, the blouse came in five days and was perfect. I have to give Macy’s five stars, for the excellent service they provided.
