The fit is regular fit and true to size, I wore a medium which is what I normally got and it fits perfect. This shirt can be worn at the office, on a date, or anywhere really! I love the attention to detail and quality of the stiching on the sleeve and collar, the flag is a nice touch that finishes it out. I've worn Tommy Hilfiger before and this does not disappoint :)
