Very disappointed. I placed an order on July 24th and never received it. I was told by customer service that my package was lost, so I purchased the same item again as they advised. Now the first tracking suddenly shows "delivered" but nothing arrived at my address. This is not fair .

This vest and pant set is incredibly chic. The structure, design, and texture are truly flawless. However, I’ve repeatedly experienced issues with Macy’s shipping and handling process. As a Macy’s cardholder and frequent online shopper, I often place orders for in‑store pickup. For this purchase, I picked up the vest along with other items. At customer service, I asked the representative to open the bags so I could check the contents, and they did. Everything appeared fine, but when I tried to leave the store, the security alarm went off. I was certain it wasn’t related to me. Later at home, while trying on the vest, I discovered a security tag still attached on the inside. It had been missed during packing, shipping, and even by the associate who opened the bag in front of me. Additionally, there is a pulled thread on it. This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s frustrating—especially given how often I shop with Macy’s.
I bought a sz 2 and the fit is nice. I am very short waisted but this vest elongates my torso. The shoulders are structured and padded slightly and look classy. I bought the pants to match.
