Can’t provide a review for a product I haven’t received! The fact that Macy’s would request that I provide a product review for an item I haven’t even received just goes to show what a mess they are. This order has been delayed 2-3 times by Macy’s due to their inefficient online order fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this is at least the third time I’ve experienced delays with orders I’ve placed online. One of my orders ended up being canceled by Macys after they delayed it multiple times over the course of two weeks. I didn’t appreciate that they strung me along for so long only to cancel it, making it too late for me to order something from a different vendor and receive it in time for a birthday gift. Lesson learned after so many bad experiences. I will not be ordering from Macys any more 😕

This crew neck maxi dress fits well and moves effortlessly and gives a slimming silhouette. The length is just right for me (I’m 5’5 1/2) and I bought solid black, so that adds to slimming.
1. I ordered this dress. 2. It kept saying that it was being shipped via Door Dash! 3. Door Dash kept saying they received the shipping notice. 4. The next thing I know, I get an email stating the dress was refunded (about 7 days after I ordered it). No explanation, no "let us ship you another one"....nothing. The dress is still for sale on the website. Thanks Macys, Do Better
