1. I ordered a white RL robe and received blue. 2. I opened the package and the security tag is still on it. 3. I called customer service and was told that I would receive a new robe and a return label. 4. No robe or return label ever received. 5. Had to check my account to see what was going on. Found out that I am being refunded my money and to keep the robe. 6. Terrible customer service. Did not tell me there was a change in plans. 7. Now I still have to go to store to have the security tag taken off. Have to go all the way out to Summer Set Mall to have it taken off. I’m 78 years old with walking issues and bad heart. Not to mention the price of gas. This is an inconvenience I should never have been put in. 8. Where is quality control?

This item was delivered today in the worst condition. It looks like it may have been previously used and was carelessly wrapped up like a ball before being shipped. The packaging was extremely poor, and the item arrived in unacceptable condition regardless of having the tag on. I purchased this item as a gift, but unfortunately, it is completely unsuitable to give as a gift in this condition. I will be returning it.
