Arrived ahead of schedule (Thanks, UPS!) Great packaging! (It arrives compressed) We put it in the dryer for 20 minutes per instructions and it came out perfect and ready to use. The included cover is very nice and soft, and doesn't snag.
I love this pillow! I have spine issues and it helps keep my spine balanced while sleeping. I don’t wake up in pain. I like the cooling feature also.

It came vacuumed packed so I wasn’t sure how big it would be at first, but within the next couple days it grew to be nice and fat lol. It’s very cooling and fluffy. It has a nice white case on it. I put the pillow on the edge of my bed to lean up against the wall because sometimes I roll into the crevice between the wall and my bed and this helps! You won’t be disappointed in this!
