I cannot adequately find the words to describe my thoughts on the Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso® Plus Breadmaker (with Ceramic Nonstick) BB-PPC20. I already own the original Virtuoso breadmaker and this new Virtuoso just makes my productivity that much greater. I love everything about the new breadmaker. Before using the Zojirushi line of breadmakers, I "thought" I had a decent breadmaker. Once I switched to Zojirushi the results have been nothing short of FANTASTIC. The preparation times are shorter, the quality of the bread products are better, and operation of the breadmaker is easy peasy. It is so intuitive to operate. Without any reservations at all, I highly recommend the purchase of this breadmaker. I am confident you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with my Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus Bread Maker. The whole process is incredibly simple, and it comes with a helpful recipe book to get you started. There are also countless recipes online, so it's easy to try new kinds of bread. I've made several loaves of bread in it already, and every one has turned out really good with a great texture and flavor. I also made banana nut bread, and it came out absolutely fantastic. One of the biggest reasons I bought this bread maker was to have more control over the ingredients. It's nice knowing my bread isn't made with unknown chemicals or unnecessary additives. I also don't have to worry about buying bleached, enriched bread from the grocery store anymore. Overall, I think this purchase has been well worth it. It's easy to use, produces consistently delicious bread, and gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what's going into every loaf. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh, homemade bread.

I love my new bread machine! I have tried several different brands of bread machines in the past and they never produced what I wanted. The Home Bakery Virtuoso® Plus Breadmaker (with Ceramic Nonstick) BB-PPC20 gives me a perfect loaf every time. I have looked at the others in the past but didn’t like the Teflon coating on the pans but now that the ceramic coating is out on this model, I couldn’t resist.

I bought this bread maker almost a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Every loaf has turned out perfectly, and the bread is soft, flavorful, and delicious. It’s very easy to use, and I’ve had consistent success every time. I use it several times a week, and it has made homemade bread so simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend this bread maker to anyone who loves fresh homemade bread.

The Bread machine itself is worth every penny! I wish I had purchased this sooner. Makes delicious breads, cakes and dough for pizza, bagels etc. Very easy to use. I like the bread recipes in the included recipe book, although I'm not a fan of some of the cake and bagel recipes. Some are far too sweet or too basic like their cornbread recipe is so sweet and has no salt? Not very balanced. The good things is I can just use my own recipes in the machine and they work just fine on the cake, dough or homemade cycles. cleaning the bread pan and paddles can be tricky but I soak them slightly and then use a bamboo toothpick for any stubborn areas. I wish there was an included sponge on a stick to clean the inside of the paddles.

This machine is everything you would want in a bread maker. Easy to use and beautiful loaves every time. Enjoying experimenting with new recipes.
