These DO NOT hold their seal. Very disappointing as I have purchased & used your products for years. At first I thought the problem was with just one container but after numerous tests, I found they all lose their seal overnight.
I bought tidied for marinating jerky Works great!
Just overpriced storage containers. They do not hold the vacuum seal overnight. Need more R&D.
I specifically bought these Foodsaver Vacuum/Marinate containers with the handheld sealer to vacuum seal a block of cheddar. It’s fantastic and such a relief that my cheese won’t go bad before it’s time! Works perfectly. Thank you!
I have bought at different times 25 containers, 4 = 10 cup , 21 = 3/5/8. because buying them at different time I'm not sure which one is newer or older. Over all I like the container when they work. the problems that I have had not holding seal and stress cracks on the 8 cup, I have 5 covers that will not seal I've called and stated I would even purchase different parts for the cover. I was told they were not available. They have factories full of these parts. The company is deciding not to make these parts available. So you would buy all new complete products. These products should last for years, all I'm asking to be able to buy parts. I'm going to go to another company Zwilling they sell container and have been rated by Consumer Report as better.
These are great containers. Hold their seal, easy to use and clean. Love them

I replaced a container that cracked. I am satisfied with my purchase.
We used to put chili, soups, & stews in the bags & it was so difficult to keep air out & liquid from coming out when trying to vacuum out the air. Not sure how we hadn't purchased these before, but they were life savers! All of the issues we had trying to put those foods in bags has disappeared. These containers are completely worth the investment. Completely recommend them!
The containers are the perfect size for freezing foods. There are 3 different sizes to accommodate the smallest or the largest items. Being glass they are very durable.
