Customer Service Ridiculous
I never received this order. The tracking number shows that it was delivered to wrong address. There is a discrepancy between the delivery address provided on my order and the location where the package was actually delivered. I spoke with customer service 3xs and no resolution. No refund!. No product! I am completely done with Macys
