These are my first Mephistos and I’m very pleased. I bought the Helen in gold and they are perfect for my next cruise. I had to break in the between the toes post for a couple of weeks but now they’re very comfortable and they provide good arch support.
Love these sandals! I bought them to replace an existing pair, but I goofed on the sizing. I normally wear a US size 9 (European 40), so that’s what I ordered. The size 9 was too narrow. That's when I realized my old pair is actually a European 41 (I purchased them in a Mephisto store). Since I have a normal-to-wide foot, the 41 gives me the extra room I need. Great sandals—just something to keep in mind when choosing your size!
These are my go to everyday sandal. They have wonderful support and look nice too. I wear them with shorts, jeans and summer dresses.

I purchased my first Helen at least 10 years ago. They have travelled all over the planet with me. Egypt, safari in Africa, Europe and South America. They are so comfortable and have great support for long days of adventuring. They are also cute enough to wear with a dress at dinner. I now own about 8 different colors. I have a more narrow foot and this shoe is a perfect fit.
The best! I wear these everyday, everywhere. No downside to wearing these.
I've been wearing mephisto's for 20 years. I'm so disappointed with the quality of construction of these shoes now. This particular model has very rough edges making it painful to break them in
This is my second pair of Helen sandals. I absolutely love platinum "snake scales" look to these. Comfortable and look great dressed up or down.
These have been my favorite for awhile but this color is fabulous with any outfit!
The online color shows much more beigy pink than the color I received, which is very shiny gold.
