Bloomers are back!
Ordered the black. They run a bit large, better large than small. Such a fun look! I plan to wear with tights and heels, or maybe a heeled, lace-up ankle boot. Could be worn under a long full skirt and as the party or night goes on, whip off the skirt to review your bloomers! The possibilities are endless! Very lightweight, wonderful for summer.
