Stainless steel, sleek design and its clean narrow design makes it one you’ll want to display in your kitchen, and it doesn’t take up too much room on your counter. This kettle heats water to the perfect temperature for any of your favorite beverages, hot chocolate, teas and coffee. It also keeps your water hot for a while longer than regular kettles. It has a fully removable lid which makes cleaning inside very easy and convenient. It’s amazing! The only negative that I could come up with is the power cord is very short so you need to place it in an area right next to an outlet. Other than that, I love this kettle. I can’t get over how beautiful it is and how easy it is to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous and easy to use to use tea kettle. The stainless steel makes it extremely easy to clean. There is some otherworldly magic going on with the bottom of the kettle, as neither it nor the plate were hot to the touch right after boiling, it won’t burn you. It also only took about a minute for my two cups worth of water to boil. This is awesome!

The kettle heats your water to the perfect temperature without you having to monitor it and shuts off after it’s achieved. Plus there is a feature to keep the water warm for quick refills later on. I swear it makes the tea taste better. The sleek stainless steel design goes with any kitchen decor. Looks great, functions great, honestly that’s all you need out of an appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial thoughts upon opening the Lotus is that this is one industrial looking kettle. It’s a stainless steel cylinder with a black handle. Not exactly my aesthetic. My husband joked that it looked perfect for an underground bunker. It looks like it was built to survive an apocalypse. But, I am an avid tea drinker and this kettle is much more functional than the one I currently have. The dial on the base allows you to choose the temperature setting based on the type of tea you are brewing. Black and herbal teas need a hotter water than green, white or oolong teas. Being able to set a dial based on my tea of choice and not having to start with boiling water is a huge plus. It also has a keep warm function so that I can have hot water ready to go for my next cup of tea for up to an hour. The kettle has markings inside and in both ounces and milliliters. It holds up to 48 ounces, which is more than my current kettle holds. This does mean it takes longer to heat up, but that’s a small price to pay to have more water ready to go at one time. It’s still faster than using the stove, so I don’t mind waiting a bit longer for more water. In all, this kettle is great! It’s very functional and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a new kettle. It’s not the prettiest kettle you can find, but it’s a work force and I love it.

Aesthetically pleasing, practical AND incredibly durable?!? Let’s be honest, this is not something you can say about the majority of countertop kitchen appliances currently on the market. The only drawback is that the kettle emits a fairly loud beep when starting or reaching temperature, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to adjust or disable this sound. Overall, this is truly such an elegant, high-performing appliance that’s easy to recommend (so long as you don’t mind starting your day with a startling beep coming from your kettle 🙉)

I can’t believe I’ve been making my matcha without it. It does have a strainer in the lid so if you put loose leaf tea in the kettle it wont come out when you pour it. 10/10 highly recommend 💕😍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review of Lotus Professional Series The Purist Precision Temperature electric Kettle: I was excited to receive this new Lotus Kettle, given that my Breville electric kettle has been showing signs of age. The kettle is substantial, with 48oz capacity. It has a nice stainless steel design with a clear LED display. It has several preset temperature settings labeled with different types of tea for each setting(green, white, oolong, black) which range from 175 to 205 degrees. A nice feature is the manual feature which allows you to set your own temperature. This allows you to set a a temperature below 175° so you can drink sooner as well as bring the temp to boiling point of 212°. My favorite feature, which is differs slightly from my Breville is the stay warm feature. My Breville automatically keeps the temperature for 20 minutes max, and the keep warm feature disables when the kettle is lifted. On the Lotus, you can set the time that you’d like the keep warm feature on for and it continues even after lifting the kettle. The Lotus kettle works fast and quietly as it reaches the desired temperature and displays the current temp as it rises. This is another great feature. What keeps it from receiving 5 stars is the lid. My Breville has a push-button soft-open and close lid. The lid on the Lotus has to be removed by hand and isn’t always easy to remove. In this process you may get splashed by boiling water. An upgrade with this feature would make this perfect.
