I ordered the Olive Medium Denise, I received a pink Cross body, pretty sure bag I got wasn’t as much as what I paid and now I have to make a trip to the store and wait on the correct bag, this is about someone paying attention. I’ve ordered expensive bags from Dillards that were packaged very professionally and not in a plastic bag. Macys expect better.

The strap is confusing because it can't be lengthened because it seems to be defective. The adjustment holes seem to be on the wrong side of strap.
