I didn’t quite care for the fit, but I care even less for your new protocol of not “allowing” returns. I have been a customer of your store for decades. are you had an AMEX Macy’s card. I would like you to note the word had. I will be paying off whatever I have charged as far as these three dresses and cutting up my card. it was always a policy that items that were not up to the customers expectations were returnable. I have.NEVER had a problem with returns up until this point.

Lots of fuzz and snags in material. Material should be higher quality for the price tag

Beautiful dress it didn’t fit me well. So if you’re wider on your bottom it makes you looks even bigger. The material was very loose on the top also for me. I definitely would recommend others trying especially if you are smaller in the hips.
