I purchased 8 napkins. They come in a package of 4. Two packages arrived days apart and they are off color from each other. This is unacceptable and I need to return them. Very disappointed.
There is no grey, silver or anything resembling the color Platinum. The items are marked Platinum. They are off white or ivory.
These napkins are great weight and quality. They wash up well and just need a touch up with an iron. They don’t slip off your lap.
This is the second order that came in the WRONG COLOR. The staff, especially the department manager, at the Naples Fl Macy’s has been amazing. Patient and diligent in trying to solve this is for me. The problem is I need 4 WHITE LENOX NAPKINS. But, the color names are so confusing that I keep getting white innocence instead of. WHITE…plain WHITE. How hard is that ?? I am ready to return the WHITE table cloth and WHITE napkins I purchased.
