The only reason I rated this lamp 4-stars was because of the tricky assembly of the top and bottom halves: I nearly severed the hair-thin wires between the two halves and joining the two halves was VERY tight thus creating the wiring issue. Once I found a method to do the job, everything just WORKED. This really IS an excellent lamp! The lighting along the pole is attractive and the main lamp is bright without being oppressive. I am considering purchasing another for another location in our house.

I've spent well over an hour trying to get the wires into the tube to connect the 2 tubes and am unable to get them tucked inside to where the tubes connect. I'm so frustrated and thinking about throwing this into the trash.

This is the best floor lamp ever. Originally we bought three to replace our existing three purchased from Lamps Plus many years ago. Wanted to update the look. Wow. I bit difficult to get the wiring to cooperate in assembly, but with patience got it. The fact that you can adjust its brightness in two area, vertically and on top makes it absolutely perfect for all needs, reading, lighting up an entire area plus led lights, so no need to worry about replacing the lights all the time. Just received out 4th light. Love them!

Beautiful, versatile, and fits anywhere. Great for small spaces where casting variable degrees of light is needed. I would buy it again.

Not happy at all with this floor lamp. It looks like a neon sign as the LED bulbs extend from base to top and it is extremely bright. There is no dimmer switch either which is a disappointment.

Awesome lamp that gives light upwards and on each side. Great for lighting dark spaces where builders did not add enough can lights. I purchased 3, that is how much I like them.
