Poor Quality Control
The quality control is sorely lacking with your manufacturer. This is only the second lamp I've purchased from you...and both have had issues. This time, one of the pole segments was assembled backwards (male to male connection). I didn't want to send back again, so I disassembled the lamp, to include the wiring, in order to assemble this correctly. Terribly disappointed in the quality of your products. This may be the last lamp I order from your company.
