The top is very cute but the sizing runs very small. I ordered size 16 for my granddaughter and there is absolutely no way it will fit. I would say the size 16 is closer to a size 4 or 5. I would not recommend this top unless you need a smaller size and size way up.
This was supposed to have a bear on it. It is represented that way. Several listings show a bear, but it is a blue/white gingham bow with cherries. My daughter wears a size 7/8 in tops and we had to order a size 12/14 based on another reviewer. Unwashed, it is 16" long x 13" wide pit to pit. This is before washing, so I expect some shrinkage.
