Ok…..it cooks well, but the big problem is that the extended metal handles get very very hot and can easily burn your hand if by habit you do not use an oven mitt to hold the pot on the stove while stirring of flipping food or you try to move the pot…very poor design but attractive design…..

I love these frying pans! The non stick surface is amazing. Food pretty much slides out and they evenly distribute heat. The smaller pan is perfect for making smaller meals like 2 eggs, etc. They are a nice weight, not too heavy but not flimsy either. Cleaning is a breeze with the non stick surface!

I love the design. I also love that the pans are lightweight and nonstick. The pans are durable and the size are perfect for me. Cleaning the pans was very easy and simple. As I stated, the pans are perfect for me because I don't cook a lot. The small 9 inch pan cooked my fried egg perfectly and the 11 inch pan cooked my turkey burger meat just right. All in all I can't complain. I used the pans on my gas stove without any issues. Lastly, if you follow the instructions on how to cook and maintain the pans you will not have any problems.

I really like the simple, lightweight design of these pans. They head up quickly and evenly, the nonstick surface worked well and the cleanup was easy. The 2 sizes are practical for everyday cooking and I also like the long loop handles for hanging and storage. My biggest issue is that the metal handles get surprisingly hot during cooking. You definitely need to use a potholder or mitt, or be very mindful of holding farther down the handle, because grabbing it too close to the pan could easily result in a burn. Overall, they are convenient, attractive every day pans but the hot handle is something I think people should know about before using them.
