The shoulders add a little framing to your stature but not too much so you don’t look like a linebacker. The material requires little to no ironing as it doesn’t wrinkle up easily. It is a perfect addition to my wardrobe for business or fun casual wear.

It’s really nice quality but easy to care for the sleeves are the perfect length although I rolled mine up today for a more casual look with jeans. Totally appropriate for the office.
