Sturdy pan feels like stainless steel, non-sticky like a teflon one. Long handle makes it super easy to maneuver or flip. The ceramic coating stop below the lip so my all-clad lid with thin rim won’t scratch the coating, and this is a cool design. I know ceramic coating will not stay for a few years but still I feel this is a good purchase. I do like high power searing and this really ease me not to worry toxic fumes, and the smell of searing onions is spot on, no burning smell from a carbon steel or stainless steel pan, and no chemical smell from an aluminum/teflon pan.

I love this pan. It’s been great for everything! It’s great for everyday cooking and easy to clean!

Nonstick I purchased this product three months ago because I have numerous Zwilling products from knives to cookware. This product disappointed. Perhaps, it perfect for searing however, it's nonstick capability is nonexistent. I have tried everything from coating the pan with oil, nonstick spray to water. The eggs stick to the bottom of the pan and the yolks continued to break. Very disappointing.

I've been a loyal customer to Zwilling for years because of their quality products. This new Peak series does not disappoint. Excellent for searing, excellent heat distribution, and most important, very easy to clean. 10/10 would recommend, so much in fact I intend to buy all the other pots and pans from the series.
