Your customer service is horrible. I visited the Hunting Mall to purchase an outfit for a party the next day at 11 am. It's a 2 hour drive up and back (closest ) Macys. They left the security tag on the blouse. I called them and said I live 2 hours up and back from here and I need this top the next morning at 11 am. They said bring it back to the store and we will be happy to remove it for you. I repeated the distance and it was already 8 pm. Can they tell me how to remove it and the answer was no. So then I called your 800 customer service number and repeated the story and they were like this is all we can do take it back. So I had to wear something old and not appropriate to the Christmas party. This is totally unacceptable and happens all the time in Huntington. If I could give you a 0 I would. I'm posting a pic of this item with tag attached and telling my story on social media to save others from this

I'm going to use this for the base of my Christmas bedding. It is so beautiful and well-made. The fabric is so rich! I can't wait to use it for the holidays!

This gives our bedroom an elegant touch. Adding the decorative pillows is a big plus. We bought it on sale so it was affordable. A great value. When our visiting relative saw it, she said, "What a beautiful bedroom." It doesn't get much better than that.

Love this comforter set. Funny thing is, I bought the same one probably ten years or more ago and saw this one and thought, wow, I really like that. When I received it, I saw that it was the same as the one on my bed...LOL. I kept it because it has been such a good quality spread and I do STILL like it!
