I called customer service same day this happened. The lady said they would resend on a 3 day shipping. The next day I checked my email and I had one stating a new shipment will not be sent as this was already delivered! UPS told me to contact Macy’s and Macys will not help? So I’m completely out of money and my merchandise? I have been ordering from Macy’s for years, I guess I will no longer and will spread the word. Terrible customer service!!!!

I usually don’t buy satin outfits because most often they look cheap. But this outfit is great quality. The color is slightly darker than in the picture but I like the actual color even more.

Awesome looking dress. Flowy, soft silky & super comfy dress. Beautiful blue color with lace trims. I am 5’3 & 140lbs & ordered size L & it fits perfect. The length is perfect & no need for alterations as I can wear flats or low heels with this dress. Very happy with my purchase.
