It's a beauty! I've wanted this lamp for some time, and it was out of stock when I was ready to purchase. At last, it's home. I'm not one to waste electricity, but I find it on all the time - I just can't resist it. The green globe is gorgeous - deep with light crackling in the glaze gives a lightly aged look, and that just enhances the whole effect. I MAY consider replacing the shade only because the size of it does seem slightly out of proportion, but that could be me being picky - oh, yeah, that's me. If you are considering buying this lamp - just do it. You will be very happy with yourself...and the lamp, of course.

Our son says "it's the funnest lamp." Makes a perfect accent for that room!

Love Love Love this lamp! It's very pretty and the green ceramic part is so nice! Also, put a 3 way bulb in it and that works very well! Nothing negative to say about this lamp!

When you first see the lamp, it looks great. The styling is nice and it's good size. After living with it for a bit, one quickly realizes how rough and uneven the ceramic base is. The hand thrown ceramic has a lot of finger lines and was not smoothed. This is disappointing considering the price.

Even better in real life! Love it.

Worth waiting for though was only brief before the lamp became available in green so I snatched TWO! Love the vintage vibe in my Bedroom!
