I have tried other shampoos, but L'Occitane shampoos and conditioners are the ones that are consistently non-drying and non-irritating for my sensitive scalp and fine hair. Their perfume and feel are spa-like, too, not medicinal. I would recommend this to anyone else who wants a nourishing shampoo.

Smells like Lysol cleaning spray and made my hair fall out dramatically. I like the intensive repair shampoo a lot so I decided to try a different one and I definitely wouldn't recommend this one

The shampoo truly is gentle. I like to use it every other wash. My hair is highlighted approx. every 8-10 weeks and I have found that this shampoo works well on colored hair.

I sought out for the paraben free shampoo that was hopefully only scented with a lavender essential oil but unfortunately this shampoo and conditioner duo smells like old lady perfume. Nauseating.

Gentle for the hair and cleans well too. For oily hair, make sure you use daily or other products that complement this.
