[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skirt was running larger in size. Apart from that the skirt was soft, smooth. The lining was smooth. I didn’t like this style very much. I wish it had more grip towards the waist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric of this feels nice and is really stretchy but feels really cheap. They have the same type of fabric as yoga pants. The length was longer on me and the picture of the product vs in person don’t look like it was made from the same fabric. I got an xs and I’m usually a small but this was loose on me. The drape part of the skirt doesn’t look the best and the waistline leather fabric felt so cheap and like plastic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, I am 5’4, 120lb with a petite frame. I am reviewing size XS. I generally like my skirts to fall below the knee with a modest midi length. This skirt hit right at my desired length making it a perfect piece for the office or events where dressing conservatively is important. The material is slightly heavier than I expected, but not heavy or warm like a sweater skirt. This factor did not bother me, but something to keep in mind before ordering. As far as the fit, at my measurements, it was a bit too big in the waist; but not big enough that I could not make it work or that anyone else other than myself could tell. I paired both a tucked in look and an untucked look. Both worked, but my husband said he preferred the tucked in look better. I tend to agree with his opinion. I personally found this design a little difficult to match because of the V shape. I matched this with a form fitted shirt and I think that’s the only type of top that would go with the skirt. I do not think a looser fitted blouse would work. While the V shaped waistband is what makes the skirt unique, I wasn’t a huge fan of it. I think I would have found the skirt perfect if the waistband ran straight across. This was the only aspect of the skirt that I would change. There’s a gold zipper at the back that adds a tiny pop of color. Overall, this was a beautiful piece and a nice twist on a classic black skirt.
