The sizing is off. My regular size is 16 and was way too big and too long. Unfortunately since it was final act, there is no opportunity to return or exchange. Been a Macys shopper for over 40 years and a platinum card holder, would have been nice to get some loyalty treatment to be able to refund
The neckline (snake link) is horrible. Your hair gets caught in it and it HURTS!

This dress looks really nice on. It's flattering and so comfortable. I can't wait to wear it to a wedding! The only issue, and it will probably be minor, is the silver piece around the neck. Since it's a bit stretchy, it catches my hair. I wasn't sure if I want my hair up or down for the wedding, but I may have to wear it up for that reason. Otherwise, a really pretty dress.
