Lands End Uniform has really gone downhill in quality. Child's school requires that Lands End uniforms be purchased. After washing once and hanging to dry, this fabric is already pilling. Same for the last ones I purchased a year ago which still fit but look so ratty that I refuse to continue with them. Bonus; they smell like moth balls. I would very much like to spend my money elsewhere.
If you carried this in Classic Navy/Evergreen Plaid, our school would for sure order from you. I would order 6 of these myself for my girls. Please start making this in your Classic Navy/Evergreen Plaid material!!
These uniform skirts need elastic in the waistline! At least in the back!! Not all girls are shaped the same and the elastic is only in sizes 4-6?! The button and zipper is so hard to do and kids can’t go to the bathroom at school. They are uncomfortable in the waist with no breathing/playing room!!! Horrible for kids!
I bought for my daughter's uniform, shes tiny but the fact that I can adjust it from the inside is perfect. She can use this skirt for YEARS to come.
This skirt is nothing I imagine it will be - super long and super big. Returned but wish I did not have to waste my time with it.

I bought these skirts a few weeks ago and love the quality and size. They are long enough for my girls and fit just right. The adjusting elastic waistband inside helps tremendously since my girls are growing fast!
Measurements were right on the edge so I figured I would go up to a 7 incase there was a growth spurt through the year & she would get to wear it a little longer. Its so big I feel it may be a year or two before it's actually worn. Yes I could have sent it back but I didn't want to pay shipping. My child is in a 6/7 normally. Thankfully it had an adjustable waistband so that helped a little & it does fall at her calves instead of her knees but that part is ok. (I also didn't read the reviews before purchasing since this skirt was a requirement for school)
