I love the keyboard but it came with a loose spring/clip under the " 7 " key. I am working with Logitech to get this resolved but it is very slow process and is changing my mind about ordering from logitech again.
I was a bit nervous at the beginning due to the split keyboard but I got used to it very quickly and ... wow... what a difference it makes for managing neck and wrist pain. There is no way on Earth I'd go back to my old style keyboard after that. The position, the material and the way the keys touch feel is amazing. Connectivity is very easy and you can effectively switch between three different devices by a simple press of a button. I would definitively recommend to give it a try because this one is a keeper :)
This was my USB replacement for the "Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard 1.0A" with a PS/2 keyboard port. This is very comfortable and I have not experienced carpel tunnel pain with either product. The wrist-rest with the Logitech ERGO K860 is padded, which is comfortable; however, it is integral part of the keyboard which concerns me if it gets dirty. This is a great product!
This keyboard is the best ever. It has a great wrist rest pad, and it curves in such a way as to make it easier to reach for the keys. Before I found this keypad, I would have to quit typing because my hands and wrist would start aching. Thsi keyboard is a real find!

Takes a few weeks of usage to get use to due to the physical split down the middle and the sloping of the sides but well worth it for regular users as it provides superior comfort and support. I don’t like having to also press the dedicated function key in order to use the F keys at the top though this could be re programmed with the downloadable software perhaps. The menu key is also placed further away compared to a standard keyboard. Switching between paired devices is a delight and overall I would recommend this keyboard, especially when it’s on offer. I’m still learning / adjusting and I can provide a better review in a years time.
This keyboard is great, easy to use with a small learning curve to accommodate the design. It did not fit in my underdesk keyboard tray (it's a "me-thing" design issue in my home office) so it now sits on my desktop. This actually was huge improvement to my workflow. Still adjusting some of the settings to fit what I do, but again... I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD!
A very comfortable keyboard. This is my second one actually. I broke the first one. 5 years.
It was a bit strange to begin with but I am getting used to the 'hump' and separation of the keyboard. I must say it is very comfortable.
One of my keys isn’t working correctly, have to click multiple times to work, and it doesn’t sound right when I click it.
