Incredible headset. Sounds great and super comfortable. Worth the money

The product is nice. I wish there was a mute button rather than having to raise the mic arm vertically to mute. I also wish that the input switch to a longer button press. Sometimes I accidentally hit it when trying to turn the volume slider up.

I’ve been having constant issues since day one and have reached out to support multiple times. Each time, they’ve insisted that I try other things that they’ve recommended in previous tickets. It’s a faulty product, and I just want a refund so I can buy something cheaper and more reliable.

Amazing headset. Clear audio and microphone. The range is great. I also realized there are sounds that I did not hear before in my games. I ha dbeen hesitant to spend the money but they are total worth it.

Love the headset. No issues like I was having with my old Arctis elites. I did change out the stock ear pads to ones from Wicked. Sound is great. Getting the headset on charger can be a bit fiddly but overall super happy with them.

This is a good headset, not great. They are reliable and that is the best thing about the. So far they work flawlessly every time I have put them on. Simple, just pick them up and turn them on. Sound quality is average. Battery life is average, definitely not the 24 hours that is advertised. For the price I feel I overpaid but I have always wanted a pair so now I have them. Hopefully the price will be substantiated in the life of the headphones

I bought it for my grandson for Christmas at his request. He loves it.

Headphones are comfortable and sound great with the ps5 pro and pc. Feel like I can hear footsteps from a mile away at times.
