The quality feels good and with a scalloped hem it feels very feminine. The color is blue so it complements so many colors. I haven’t washed yet, but I will wash inside out so the material stays nice. I wish it was a little longer because I prefer longer skirts but I can always wear tights under it for winter. This is good quality and durable for years to come.
