[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric is tweed and super soft. Double lined so it is not itchy at all. The texture is perfect. The lining is great and cannot see through. The sizing does run slight big so this will need alterations for me. It is a perfect length for work or a quick girls night out!
