This is my first Tumi luggage. Upon inspection, the material and workmanship is of very high quality. Nicely designed with many desirable features. Both functional and stylish.
Tumi does not stand behind their products like you think they would given the price point.

TUMI is top of the line. Great quality and excellent rolling. The interior is much too small because it’s taken up by the telescoping handle and inset wheels. I’m going back to my old slightly larger TUMI.
I love this suitcase. I travel every week and it’s so easy to roll and holds all I need.
So far this has been a great purchase. Work has me traveling far more these days than in years past and I needed to get something reliable. 3 weeks, 3 countries and 3 trips later I am very happy with my purchase.
I love my Tumi luggage except the handle seems a bit flimsy on this model.
