Even in a short amount of time, I began to see results. My skin is less oily and some of the deep cystic acne feels like it is finally going away. The inflammation I usually see is also resolving. I like that these supplements target acne as well as overall health. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not taste bad, unlike some other supplements I have taken in the past. I will definitely continue taking this supplement to see the maximum benefits they can give me.
