My original unit just died after 32 years! Thing was a workhorse gonna miss the little guy. Ordering a new unit unfortunately inflation sucks 😂

I normally do not leave reviews but I feel compelled in this case. I first got a Wahl Peanut as a gift in January 2015. Today is 4/3/2026 and I am still using the exact same Wahl Peanut. For context I use it every few day (once a week at least) and I'm honestly bad about the maintenance I don't oil it like I should; nevertheless this thing is still ticking. There you go that's it. Beyond that they're clippers. They do everything clippers should do. I may get a new one soon as I think it might be nearing it's end of life (it just sounds a little slower) but then again I bet I could just drop some oil in it and bring it right back to life. I hope this helps someone make a decision. In my case it's lasted over 11 years at this point which is absolutely amazing and the sole reason I am here typing this out. Have a great day! :)

I've had my black peanut for over 2 years and I love it. I typically use it to trim and line up my beard, but I've also used it to shave my entire head plenty of times. This is my 3rd Wahl peanut. I still have my original classic white peanut that I've owned for nearly 15 yrs and it still works great as well, though I do need to order a new blade/head for it as it's become a little dull after being used (and admittedly not taken care of) literally thousands of times. Unfortunately, I had another classic white peanut that I somehow misplaced during a move, but I have zero doubt that it would still be working great today! Wahl makes the best trimmers and clippers!

And. . . I just broke it. Now, I have to buy a new one and very happy it's still being made. It's worked like a charm for years. I've been cutting my husband's hair since our 20s using scissors and then scissors + the Peanut. As we've gotten older, like by 50 years older, men's hair cuts are no longer as forgiving as hair gets thinner. Without the Peanut to help trim while using a comb, he would look like "his wife cut his hair." This morning, the Peanut fell off the counter. Placing an order for a new one right now.

This is my 2nd beard trimmer, my 1st one lasted 8 years, it just died out. I definetly recommend it !!

Great small trimmer easy to use useful attachments

I just use this to shape my beard and it's been working great and feels high quality. The price was pretty nice too lol. I would buy from again, but I don't think I'll need another trimmer for a while
