I love my little bag and I’ve received so many questions about where I got it. I’ve been using it for 6 weeks and today the strap broke off of both sides and unraveled. I’m so upset. Now I have to figure out how to have it fixed and pay for the repair.
This is marked as delivered but the item was never delivered. It was lost by USPS. I contact the seller and never heard back. Beware if you are buying anything from this seller as they will not do anything to help you with a lost order.
I needed a bag to match my wedge shoes and it needed to be a summer bag. This straw bag matched perfectly. I love the fact that it can be a shoulder bag or as a satchel. For me it is the perfect size. No matter what I put in it, it will keep its shape. I had a shoulder straw bag in the past and it did not hang well after a number of uses. Nice looking straw bag.
First of all, the design of this bag is perfect: the material, the arc handle, the perfect size, and a lining. However, unfortunately, for the price point, the drawbacks outweigh the initial impression. First of all, the crossbody strap is not detachable. And it is braided off the same material, therefore it is a bit stiff. So, it goes everywhere with you, meaning that, if you're wearing it as a clutch or handbag, you have to stuff all this braided rope into the bag, or have it just hanging down from the bag. Not good. Second, the lining is very nice, but because it is essentially an inner drawstring pouch, it also takes up a LOT of space within the small size of the bag. And makes it hard to get to your belongings. None of these may be deal breakers, but, again, at this price point, they are drawbacks. And, one could remove the lining by hand (the bag is sturdy enough to not really need it), and also remove the crossbody strap. Maybe have a shoemaker make a leather one. But ....
