I bought the new headphones the 780. I was hugely disappointed with the SOUND. I expected to hear quality sound from my music directly in my ears So I decided and went ahead with the volume control. I’m sorry, but I want it LOUDER and there’s a governor on the phones. Bulahit I say. I gave them away! I now listen to my JBL party box which is bitchen !!! Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL headphones are of fairly good quality and I love the noise cancellation on them especially. If anything I can hear faint noises if I try and focus. The sound quality to me could be better or louder. I don’t want to rupture my eardrums but the loudest setting is not the loudest sound I’ve heard come from a headphone. The cushions are very comfortable and the way the headphones fit is perfection. Adjusting the headphones are easy it’s just a push and pull to bring it either up or down. At the gym the headphones were great, but again the sound quality I just wanted them 2 clicks louder personally. The headphones are also very comfortable if one wants to sleep with them on and listen to a podcast or music. On overall likability i would give the headphones between 8 out of 10 Why because i feel possible that the noise cancellation could be a little better, I don’t want to hear anyone lol. And again the sound volume wasn’t giving the loudest quality (again not trying to rupture ear drums) but loud music is preferred when doing certain activities like going to the gym or running outside or sleeping to name a few. I will say they are definitely better than the JBL 760 for a reasonable comparison.

My 3 boys have had these headphones for 2 years but have broken 2 or 3 times. They are not that strong though the features are good.

These are my favorite thing. The purple color really stands out from your typical black/white/grey tech color options and the audio just sounds great. The noise cancelling is pretty powerful even when playing quieter audio (or not playing anything, for that matter). The fit is comfortable- I can't stand on-ear headphones as they give me a headache really quickly but these don't no matter how long I have them on my head. I even got my ears pierced recently and the "ear holes" are able to go over my ear without jostling the new piercings or irritating them. The battery life is just insane on these, too. At the end of the day I'm always thinking I've used them so much and I need to charge them only to check and they're at like 85%. And that's constantly using ANC- I know in other modes the battery lasts even longer. The only slightly annoying things about these is that the buttons on the right ear are a bit weird to get used to, but you'll probably only be using the power button most of the time and it's in an easy to find spot. Connection is really quick and easy and pairing was pretty painless. Just a really good pair of headphones tbh. I went to JBL first when I wanted headphones because I was previously impressed at how well their little clip speaker performed for its price and I am not disappointed.

The sound equality on these are amazing. Bass, clarity, comfort, connectivity, isolation are all impressive. Thank you!

They're very comfortable and definitely noise canceling works . Price was pretty reasonable as well

Noise canceling headphones at this price point of this quality are truly rare. The sound quality is impeccable, they are light and comfortable as well. They charge fast and last and last. The battery life is beyond what I expected for sure. The JBL headphones app lets you adjust your equalizer and turn on and off your noise canceling. There isn’t a better pair of noise canceling headphones available at this price, period. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found that these headphones provided an easy setup, useful features on the app, comfort and a very good audio experience, specifically with deep bass and clear vocals. The setup for the device was very easy and completed in a couple of minutes. The USB-C cable could also decrease setup time with plug and play type feature. The lightweight build and comfortable fit allowed me to wear them for extended periods, while the clever assembly provides a compact and portable footprint. An added bonus was the USB-C cable provided to continue using them after the battery drains, which takes a long time depending on usage. Finally, the Adaptive Noise Cancelling effectively tunes out background distractions so you can maintain focus.

Additionally the headphone is easy to connect via Bluetooth and has a wired option which I love because I travel often and sometimes watch seat back entertainment. The overall headphone is not the highest end material but is very durable for everyday use and light weight so it doesn’t feel like it’s crushing me while in use for long periods of time. Overall would recommend for value and affordable headphone with quality sound.
