It has a fabric belt but also the strings on the neck which make it too busy for me. The combination of the ruffled neck and puffy sleeves was also a bit much. I do like the lightweight feel of the fabric which is perfect for summer and working in an office.

The pattern, ruffles, tie waist, and tassels are a little busy for my liking. There were also some loose threads from the material. I would not spend full price on this dress.

I’m about 170lb 5’7” and the size 8 fit me nicely. If anything a little snug in the chest area, but not restricting. Perfect length for me. The colors are really sweet for fall!
