Purchased “new” size 11, received used pair. This is how Macy’s ships out items? Took forever to get them and now have to hassle a return, and of course there is no more size 11 to exchange for. Gross.

Most comfortable pair of tennis shoes I own!
I usually buy a pair of new tennis shoes every two years. I'm looking forward to seeing if they hold up that long. They are so cute and I get lots of compliments.
