It fits a thicker mattress, our is 10in, with no problem. No shrinking as well even after a few washes

It is a lightweight 200 thread percale. It’s breathable and soft to the touch. I like that it is machine washable and there is NO need for ironing. The pattern is a combination of light stripes with a subtle floral design. The flowers look like cherry blossoms. It is a timeless delicate pattern that works with many different room styles. It holds my blanket securely and is easy to remove for washing. I’m very pleased with this duvet!
