Typing on computer for an excess amount of time also leaves me to hide my phone and do everything but have something in my hands let alone participate in exercise and activity that will cause more strain on my back and arms. When I discovered ba/la bars I immediately came to the term user-friendly due to the even weight distribution and its design.
