Z Gallerie Nikki Chu - Фигурка - Набор из 3 шт

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of both purchases I have received. The first purchase arrived with the small figure cracked, so I returned it and placed another order for the same item. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the large figure badly cracked and nearly separated, and the small figure is also cracked. After receiving the second damaged item, it is clear that the issue is not simply bad luck during shipping. The way these figures are being packaged is not sufficient to protect them during shipment. Each figure is wrapped in paper with only a few small pieces of wood placed between the corners. That is not adequate protection for fragile figures made from soft mango wood. These pieces should be properly protected with hard foam or molded protective packaging to prevent them from moving around and being damaged during transportation. Z Gallerie should know that an item of this size, construction, and material requires substantially better packaging.
