I HAD to have these! They are so cute and comfortable! My husband has a black pair and I found myself stealing them after he went to bed at night. They have great audio clarity and the mic quality is fantastic! I used to get complaints about being too quiet before on my old headsets, but this set picks up my voice very well! Will purchase again! I love Logitech!
Everything works but the mic immediately broke. It no longer holds itself up and will fall down instantly. Having it straight up will make the other person in my video call hear everything going on in my pc. Audio is great and it doesn't crush my ears
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microphone immediately broke on the 2nd day. Just popped right out of the socket. Still works but can no longer be set at different heights.
Wife bought me these for Christmas and not even a week later the mic went all limp and just fell off. Never been mistreated
