My sweet cravings have decreased, and energy levels have increased. So far, a win in my book and ingredients are recognizable, which is not always the case on some supplements. Will be having blood work done in a few weeks, so curious to see if those numbers decrease or not.

These include chromium and alpha lipoic acid. Although it does contain cinnamon, it does not mention if it is Ceylon cinnamon which is known to help. All in all, a solid product.
