You get 100 capsules in the bottle and the dosage is just one capsule a day, so it’s an easy step to add to my routine. The capsules are small and don’t have much of a smell which I appreciate, especially since they’re tasteless. The formula includes calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus and chloride so you’re getting a good variety of electrolytes in one capsule. The bottle is also sturdy and durable so it’s easy to keep in my cabinet or take with me.
