I am currently going through peri menopause and the skin breakouts, hot flashes, and mood swings are crazy.. I have taken it for three weeks now and it seems as though my skin is clearing up a little. Not as many big blemishes. I have noticed my night sweats have not been as frequent. I have not noticed anything with my mood yet. Overall, I believe that these are working. They are easy to swallow capsules that don’t make me nauseous after I take them which is nice.

I need something to regulate my hormones so I didn’t have to put in medical menopause. DIM is a fantastic supplement, it’s odor free and I prefer the capsules over tablets, they are easier to swallow and the capsule size is comparable to a Metamucil capsule. I have never had any discomfort from the product, so I highly recommend it. As long as you do your research it’s an excellent product. Depending on your needs. I definitely recommend it.
