It's supposed to reduce joint swelling and pain but didn't notice anything. It's supposed to help the kidneys flush out extra waste. That i could noticed a difference, but overall, this supplement wasn't for me. The migraines were too much. The pills are jelly capsules, not hard to swallow they have a smell to them but not bad, like sweet, but not sure like what.

You have to take 2 capsules and are larger size so not thrilled about that. My UA is high and want to give it a go and get tested once bottle is empty. That is the only way I would continue is if I get actual results.
