The science on animals is there and consistent, but the studies involving humans is not totally conclusive nor shows congruent results. This is why I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 stars. Although this is a supplement that you do not physically see or feel results, I am always open to taking supplements that have a probability of enhancing my body’s functions or overall wellness. This bottle contains 60 capsules (500 mg) and it is recommended to take two capsules a day; making for a 30-day supply. The capsules flow back into my throat very easily for easier ingestion. The capsules do smell a bit funky, like plastic, but they have no flavor. Overall, I plan on taking these to potentially enhance any metabolic deficiencies related to cellular and general aging.

So this actually showed up at a great time for me as I’ve recently started taking NAD+ to help with energy levels and aid in other healthy habits I’ve recently started to pickup. Packaging wise, this was very small and compact, easy to open, and no smell. As far as taste goes, I taste nothing and they seem to absorb well as I take these on an empty stomach and don’t have any digestive issues to speak of so far. I take them with my NAD+ and overall I wouldn’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference YET, but I do feel like my energy lasts longer and no crashes throughout the day. I take these daily with my NAD+ and will continue to do so, as part of my overall plan. I would recommend them as part of a larger health plan, and even in conjunction with weight loss products that may make you a little drowsier.
