I have not been taking long enough to notice a difference but really wanted to add Threonate to my Magnesium. If I notice a difference, I will repurchase unless I find a better option as I am not a huge fan of the Magnesium Stearate or Rice Flour in the Ingredients on this one.

I have taken it for 4 days now, and it makes me feel groggy like when I take nightquil. I almost cannot get up because I’m so tired and my face is swollen as if I had cried all night and am tired. It definitely helped me sleep but the side effect of grogginess wasn’t worth it, unfortunately. Maybe I needed to take it. 2 hours before bed or something, but I didn’t prefer it when I took it 30 min before bed.

I have not tried yet but I do use the Melt PM and love it.. looking forward to trying this.

Well, I have yet to try this product. I would be very interested in trying it, as I have a terrible time trying to stay asleep! I unfortunately wake up anywhere from 4 to 6 a.m. Would love something to help me sleep. Plus free is always better than paying
