I believe light therapy is helpful for many things and I bought this neck and chest mask to see if it would help my chronic cough, since it's supposed to reduce inflammation. After three weeks I haven't noticed improvement, but I'll keep using it for 60 days...fingers crossed!

So easy to use
Really like the neck & chest mask, easy to use with a flexible shape to adapt to your body. Turn on, 10min, that's it! Part of my night routine now.

Love the neck/chest mask!
I love the addition of this mask so I can use it the same time as my face mask. It works great. I miss that it didn’t have a case like face so storage or travel will be unique. I found that if you don’t have the mask in the case when you travel it gets bumped and turned on and wears down your battery so it’s nice to have it protected. The next strap seems very big or I have a smaller neck than I realized but I’m getting used to it and weight of battery pack on neck! The battery time is very good, about once a week to recharge.
